I do not claim to be vegetarian or vegan (although I was a strict vegan for over 5 years), therefore I am aware that my recipes/food may contain whey, casein, egg or other dairy products. I do eat the occasional fish or chicken, but try to keep and cook 98% vegetarian in my home! Thanks!
Looks bad for you right? Nope. Vegan breakfast burrito with soy-chorizo, green peppers 2 eggs and 3 egg whites on a whole wheat tortilla... except Mat's has sour cream.
